Franklin has loved reading The Echo throughout his time at MSE, and when he joined in his senior year, he had his mind blown by the pace of work behind the scenes. You can usually catch him standing around trying to make conversation with experienced members, and learning to write and edit from the youngins. He loves the hectic newsroom, the spontaneity of favors and meetings, and how quickly things get done around here. On weekends, he improves his 2015 wardrobe at the mall. At all other times of the day, he’s obsessively learning to cook his mom’s Dominican dishes before leaving for college.
