The Echo is HSMSE’s student newspaper, created by and for students. It is written, edited, designed and published by The Echo staff and guest contributors. The student-opinions expressed in The Echo do not represent the opinions of the administration, staff or student-body as a whole.
The Mission of The Echo
The Echo is dedicated to amplifying the student voice within our halls and beyond. We serve as a platform for student expression and exploration with an emphasis on accurate writing that dives deep. We hope to boost school spirit and form new connections by shining a light on the individuals, perspectives, and stories that define our community. Our mission is rooted in the belief that student journalism shares insights pertinent to student life and activates the voices of our future.
